A custom-designed 3–5 page site built from your copy and photos, with mobile layouts, basic SEO and a working contact form. More pages, copywriting or integrations move the price up. You get the number in writing before anything starts, and it only changes if the scope does.
Yes. The domain, hosting account, content and code are yours. You get the logins, editable content areas and a walkthrough so you’re never stuck waiting on us.
Starter sites usually take 3–4 weeks, Growth 5–8, custom systems 8–16. The biggest variable is content: if your photos and approvals come back quickly, so does the site. We agree on dates before work starts.
Starter uses copy you provide, and we’ll tighten it. Growth includes copy help and a page for each service. If you want us to write everything, that’s spelled out in the proposal. You approve every claim about your business.
Often, yes. Sometimes a new homepage and a better contact path is all it takes. If a rebuild is the right call, we map your existing pages and set up redirects so you keep the search traffic you’ve earned. Nobody can guarantee rankings, and we won’t pretend to.
No. We’re based in Moline and happy to meet in person around the QC, but plenty of projects run on video calls and email.
