When you fill out a form, request a quote, enter a giveaway, schedule a call, or email us, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, project details, and any other information you choose to send.

We may also collect basic technical information through analytics tools, including pages visited, device type, browser type, approximate location, referral source, and actions taken on the site.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate project fit, prepare proposals, deliver services, provide support, improve our website, maintain business records, and protect against spam or abuse.

Forms, email, and CRM tools

Form submissions and project communications may be processed through trusted service providers such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, hosting providers, analytics platforms, and security tools. These providers process information so we can operate the business. If you fill out a form inside a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta sends us the answers you submit, and we handle them like any other inquiry.

Cookies and analytics

We use analytics to understand which pages people visit, how the site performs, and where visitors may be getting stuck. We do not sell advertising space on this site.

Advertising measurement

We advertise QC Webworks on Google, Facebook, Instagram and ChatGPT. If you choose “Allow measurement” in the Ad measurement settings panel, this site loads the Google Ads tag, the Meta pixel and OpenAI’s measurement tag. They record the pages you visit here, whether you tapped a phone number and whether you completed an inquiry, so we can tell which ads bring in real inquiries. Google, Meta and OpenAI may connect that activity to an account you hold with them and may use it to measure and improve how ads are delivered, including ours. For Google we leave ad personalization off, so your visit is not used to show you our ads again later. Their own privacy policies apply to that use. We do not send them your name, email address, phone number or message.

If you call us from a Google ad, Google connects the call through a forwarding number and reports its start time, length and the caller’s area code so we can count calls that came from ads.

These tools stay off until you allow them, and they stay off if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can change your choice anytime with the Ad measurement settings link at the bottom of every page.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the site, comply with legal requirements, protect our rights, or complete work requested by you.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and project records as long as reasonably needed for business, support, accounting, legal, and operational purposes. If you ask us to delete information, we will do so unless we need to keep it for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete your information by emailing hello@qcwebworks.com.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email system, or online service can guarantee perfect security. Please do not send highly sensitive personal information through a website form.
