A website that answers
at nine at night.

Your best salesperson goes home at five. This one does not. A custom assistant that answers from your own content, qualifies the visitor, and books the call or hands off to a person.

A GOOD FIT WHEN

The same twenty questions, every single day.

Do you come out to my town. What does it roughly cost. Are you open Saturday. Do you take my insurance. Your team answers these all day, and after hours the visitor simply leaves.

  • A real share of your traffic arrives evenings and weekends.
  • Staff time disappears into questions the website could have answered.
  • You want inquiries filtered before they reach a person.
  • You are curious what visitors ask, because that is your next ten pages of content.

If your site does not yet say clearly what you do, fix the content first. An assistant is only as good as what it is trained on.

HOW A CONVERSATION RUNS

Trained on you. Kept on a short leash.

Every conversation follows the same four moves. The last one is the reason owners trust it.

  1. 01 · AskA real questionTyped by a real visitor, at whatever hour they happen to be shopping.
  2. 02 · AnswerFrom your content onlyService pages, pricing ranges, areas and policies. If the answer is not there, it says so.
  3. 03 · QualifyYour questions, askedJob type, location, timing and contact details, collected the way your office would collect them.
  4. 04 · Hand offBook it, or get a personOn the calendar, into the CRM with the transcript, or straight to a human when it is urgent or out of scope.

WHAT YOU LEARN FROM IT

A monthly report of what people actually asked.

The transcripts are market research you did not have to commission. The gaps become your next pages, and the assistant gets better each time one is filled.

FROM TRAINING TO LIVE

Four stages. Clear decisions.

01

Gather

We collect the content, interview whoever answers the phone, and write the answers the site is missing.

02

Train and test

Built, given its rules, and run against one hundred real questions. You read the transcripts; we fix what you flag.

03

Launch

Installed with booking and handoff live. A soft launch on a few pages first, while we watch real conversations.

04

Tune

Transcripts reviewed, answers updated as prices and services change, new questions added to the training.

INVESTMENT & TIMING

One build. A small monthly to keep it honest.

With a website build

Reducedsetup

Bundle

Half the work is content, and a new site has already done it.

  • Added to Growth or Systems websites
  • Trained on the pages as they are written
  • Launches with the site
  • Ask when you scope the build

Prices are starting points for the listed scope. Your proposal names the connections, the volume assumptions and what happens if usage grows.

WHAT HELPS THE WORK MOVE

Bring the questions you are tired of answering.

Your part

  • Thirty minutes with whoever answers the phone.
  • Real pricing ranges, service areas and the policies you want stated.
  • A calendar or CRM to connect to.
  • One person to read the test transcripts.

What it will never do

  • Pretend to be a person.
  • Quote a firm price you did not approve.
  • Give legal, medical or financial advice on your behalf.
  • Leave someone without a way to reach a human.

Before you get started.

Will it make things up?

It is restricted to your content and told to say “I don’t know, here is how to reach us” when the answer is not there. The hundred-question test before launch exists to catch the cases where it drifts, and the monthly review catches the rest.

Is this the same as your BDR agents?

No. The BDR agents go out and start conversations by email. This one waits on your website and answers the people who came to you. Many clients run both.

What about phone calls?

This assistant lives on the website and, optionally, in text messages. An AI phone answering setup is a separate scope; ask and we will tell you honestly whether it fits your business.

Where do the conversations go?

Into your CRM or inbox with the lead, and into a private log you own. We use the log for the monthly review. Nothing is used to train anyone else’s model.

What does it cost to run at volume?

Model costs for a typical small-business site are a few dollars a month and are included. If you get thousands of conversations a month, the proposal sets a usage tier so there are no surprises.
