Sales decks that look like
the company you’re becoming.

The deck gets forwarded to the person who was not in the room. It has to make the case without you narrating it, and look like it came from a company worth the price on the last slide.

A GOOD FIT WHEN

A meeting decides the deal.

Manufacturers answering RFQs. Contractors presenting to property managers. Software and IT firms running demos. Consultancies pitching retainers. Founders raising a round. If a meeting decides it, the deck is part of the sales team.

  • The deck opens with your company history.
  • Slides are paragraphs, and tables nobody can read from the back of the room.
  • Every rep has a different version.
  • Changing one number breaks the layout.

Writing a deck from a blank page is quoted separately. Restructuring and editing what you already have is included.

WHAT GETS FIXED

Four things, in every deck.

The order of the argument

Most decks open with the company history. Buyers want their problem named first. We restructure the flow so the deck earns attention before it asks for it.

One idea per slide

Slides that were paragraphs become headlines with proof. Tables become charts a person can read from the back of the room, or on a phone.

A design system, not decoration

Consistent type, color, spacing and image treatment pulled from your brand, so the deck matches your website, your proposals and your booth.

Files your team can edit

Native PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote with real layouts and master slides. Change a number without breaking the design.

THE ORDER THAT WORKS

Their problem first. Your history last.

Nearly every deck we are sent runs in the opposite order.

  1. Slides 1 to 3Their problemNamed in their words, with what it costs them.
  2. Slides 4 to 8Your answerWhat you do about it, shown, not described.
  3. Slides 9 to 12ProofWork, numbers and names you are allowed to use.
  4. Last slideOne next stepA single ask, with a date on it.

FROM ROUGH DRAFT TO FINISHED DECK

Three stages. Clear decisions.

01

Send what you have

The current deck, a proposal, a website or a voice memo of how you pitch. We confirm the story in a 45-minute call.

02

Review real slides

Designed slides with your real content, not a style board. Two revision rounds are included.

03

Handoff and walkthrough

Editable files, a send-ahead PDF, and a short walkthrough so your team can update the deck without calling a designer.

WHAT HELPS THE WORK MOVE

Bring the deck you have now.

Your part

  • The current deck, however rough.
  • The meeting it is for, and the date.
  • Proof you are allowed to show.
  • Which tool your team presents from.

What we will not do

  • Hand back a PDF you cannot edit.
  • Decorate slides that say nothing.
  • Invent proof you cannot stand behind.
  • Build layouts that break when a number changes.

Before you get started.

How much does presentation design cost?

A one-pager is $349. A sales deck of up to 15 slides is $599. A pitch deck of up to 25 slides with a reusable master template is $1,200. Longer decks are quoted per slide before work starts.

Do you write the content or just design it?

Both, within reason. We restructure and edit what you give us so each slide makes one point clearly. Writing a deck from a blank page is quoted separately.

Which formats do you deliver?

Native PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote, whichever your team presents from, plus a PDF version for sending ahead or leaving behind.

Can you match our existing brand?

Yes. We build the slide system from your logo, colors and type. If the brand needs work first, a logo or brand kit project can run ahead of the deck.

How fast can you turn a deck around?

A one-pager in three to five business days, a sales deck in one to two weeks. If the meeting is sooner than that, ask; rush work is possible when the content is ready.
