QC Webworks offers web design, web development, local SEO, website care plans, and custom web application services. Specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (project proposal or service agreement) signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of QC Webworks or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

For client projects, intellectual property ownership is defined in the individual project agreement. In general, upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom design and content created for their project. QC Webworks retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.

4. User Conduct

By using this Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through contact forms or other means
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce site content without written permission
• Impersonate QC Webworks or misrepresent your affiliation with us

5. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. QC Webworks does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Results described on this Site (such as lead increases or traffic improvements) reflect specific client outcomes and are not guaranteed. Individual results will vary based on industry, competition, budget, and other factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QC Webworks and its principals, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the Site.

9. Client Agreements

Engagements for design, development, or ongoing services are governed by a separate client agreement that addresses payment terms, project scope, revision rounds, cancellation, and delivery timelines. These Terms and Conditions apply to Site usage and do not supersede any signed client agreement.

10. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in a client agreement, standard payment terms are 50% deposit before work begins and 50% upon project completion before site launch. Care plan fees are billed monthly and are due on the first of each month. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rock Island County, Illinois.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
