Project engagements
Any paid project, maintenance plan, hosting support, automation work, or consulting engagement is governed by a written proposal, statement of work, invoice, or agreement. If a project document conflicts with this page, the project document controls for that engagement.

Published pricing, timelines, packages, and program details are subject to change. A project is not reserved until the required agreement, payment, and onboarding steps are completed.
Free website and giveaway programs
Promotional programs, including the free website program and giveaway entries, may have additional eligibility rules, service limitations, hosting requirements, maintenance commitments, or early termination terms described on the relevant program page or written agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approvals, content, access credentials, images they have the right to use, and timely feedback. Delays in those items may change project timelines.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Venue for disputes will be in the appropriate courts serving Rock Island County, Illinois, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
