Our services

An SEO and website audit that tells you what to fix, in order.

Fixed-price SEO audit services for small business and B2B websites. Technical health, speed, local search, content gaps, and conversion paths, written up as a prioritized plan in five business days. $349, credited toward any project.

Our perspective

Free audit tools give you a score and a hundred red flags. What you actually need is a short list, ranked by what it will change, written by someone who has fixed these things before.

What we check

Five areas, one prioritized plan

01

Technical health

Crawlability, indexing, broken links, redirects, duplicate pages, sitemaps, canonical tags, structured data, and mobile rendering. The problems that quietly stop Google from ranking pages that deserve it.

02

Speed and Core Web Vitals

Real device measurements, not just a lab score. We identify the images, scripts, plugins, and hosting decisions costing you seconds, and what each one is worth to fix.

03

Local search visibility

Google Business Profile completeness, categories, reviews, citations, and location signals on the site, checked against how you rank for the searches that matter in Moline, Davenport, Bettendorf, Rock Island, and the towns around them.

04

Content and keyword gaps

Which services you offer that have no page, which pages compete with each other, which keywords competitors rank for that you do not, and what to write first.

05

Conversion paths and tracking

Whether a visitor can call, quote, or book in two taps on a phone, whether forms actually deliver, and whether analytics is recording any of it. Traffic is only half the job.

Audit options

Flat fee, credited back.

If you hire us for the fixes, the audit fee comes off the project. If you take the plan to another vendor or your own team, it is written clearly enough for them to follow.

Fix the listing

Written for the person who has to act on it.

Every finding says what is wrong, why it matters, what fixing it involves, and how much it is likely to move. No 60-page PDF of screenshots. Owners get a one-page summary; whoever does the work gets the detail. Most audits run 8 to 12 pages and a spreadsheet you can sort by impact.

How it works

Five business days, start to walkthrough

01

Order and access

Send the site address, your main services, the areas you serve, and, if you have them, read-only access to Google Analytics and Search Console. Nothing else is required.

02

Review

We crawl the site, measure it on real devices, check local listings, compare against three competitors you name, and test every conversion path by hand.

03

Plan and walkthrough

You get the written plan and a 30-minute call to go through it. Then you decide whether we do the work, your team does, or another vendor does.

Questions

Audit answers

Q. Is this a sales pitch dressed as an audit?

No. You pay for it, you own the plan, and the fee is credited if you hire us. If the site is in good shape, the audit says so and the plan is short.

Q. Do I need to give you passwords?

No. Read-only access to Google Analytics and Search Console makes the audit more precise, but the review works from the public site alone if you prefer.

Q. What tools do you use?

A crawler, Google's own speed and search data, keyword and competitor data from paid SEO platforms, and manual testing on real phones. The tools find the issues; the ranking and the plan are done by a person.

Q. How is this different from the free audit tools?

Free tools list everything they can detect with equal weight. This audit tells you which five things to fix first, what each one is worth, and what to ignore.

Q. Can you audit a site you didn't build?

Yes. Most audits are for sites built elsewhere on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, or custom code. The plan is written for whichever platform you are on.
