A GOOD FIT WHEN

People are already searching. Someone else is answering.

A burst pipe at 9 p.m. A facilities manager pricing a new roof. A buyer comparing three machine shops. The demand exists today, your competitors are bidding on it, and every month you sit out is a month they collect the calls.

  • Your service has clear search demand in the towns you cover.
  • You want to know exactly what a lead costs, to the dollar.
  • You will turn a channel off when the number is wrong, and expect us to say so first.
  • An agency ran your ads before and you never saw what they did.

If nobody is searching yet, managed outbound or local SEO is usually the better first dollar.

THE WHOLE PATH

Most budgets leak after the click.

An ad is one link in a chain of four. We own all four, so there is no gap for a lead to fall through.

  1. 01 · SearchThe right queryCampaigns built by service and intent, negatives from day one, targeting matched to where you actually work.
  2. 02 · AdThe honest promiseCopy that says what you do, what it costs to start and how fast you show up.
  3. 03 · PageOne offer, one formA page built for that search, with click-to-call and a load time under two seconds.
  4. 04 · LeadCounted and routedCalls and forms tracked as conversions and fed back, so bidding chases leads, not clicks.

WHAT THE REPORT LOOKS LIKE

One page. Cost per lead, in plain numbers.

No impressions, no “engagement”. Spend, leads, what each lead cost, and what we are changing next month.

FROM AUDIT TO STEADY STATE

Four stages. Clear decisions.

01

Audit or build

Existing account: we find the wasted spend and rebuild what needs it. New account: built from your services, areas and margins.

02

Launch

Campaigns, pages and tracking go live together. The first two weeks buy data, not results, and we say so up front.

03

Optimize

Weekly search-term and bid reviews, monthly ad and page tests. Budget moves toward what produces.

04

Report and decide

Spend, leads, cost per lead, next changes. You decide whether to scale, hold or stop.

INVESTMENT & TIMING

A flat fee. Never a cut of your spend.

Account setup

$750

One time

A clean account, or a rebuild of the one you have.

  • Campaign structure and keywords
  • Conversion tracking for calls and forms
  • First ads written and approved by you
  • Google, plus Microsoft and Local Services Ads where they fit

Ads and landing page

$1,299

Most common start

The setup plus the page the ads should have been pointing at all along.

  • Everything in account setup
  • One purpose-built landing page
  • Copy, form, tracking and speed work
  • Live in about two weeks

Management

$600/month and up

Monthly

Plus your ad spend, paid straight to the platform on your own card.

  • Weekly search-term and bid reviews
  • Monthly ad and page tests
  • One-page cost-per-lead report
  • Most local accounts start at $1,000 to $3,000 in spend

Fees exclude ad spend. Your proposal names the platforms, campaigns, starting budget and reporting cadence before anything goes live.

WHAT HELPS THE WORK MOVE

Bring the numbers behind the business.

Your part

  • The services you want more of, and the ones you do not.
  • The towns you cover and a rough value of a new customer.
  • Who answers the phone, and when.
  • Admin access to any existing ad account and your website.

What we will not do

  • Run ads to a page we would not put our own name on.
  • Keep spending when a lead costs more than you said it is worth.
  • Take a percentage of spend, which pays an agency to waste it.
  • Hold your account hostage. It is yours from day one.

Before you get started.

What is the minimum budget?

Enough to get real data in the first month. For most local service categories that is $1,000 a month in spend; competitive categories such as legal, roofing and HVAC often need more. If your budget is below that, we will say so and suggest a better first move.

Do you manage Microsoft Ads and Local Services Ads?

Yes. Microsoft Ads is worth running for most B2B and older-demographic services. Google Local Services Ads is set up and managed where your category qualifies.

Do you take a percentage of ad spend?

No. A flat monthly fee scoped to the work. Your spend goes straight to the platform on your own card, and you keep the account if we part ways.

How fast will we see leads?

Search campaigns usually produce the first leads within the first two weeks. Cost per lead settles over two to three months as search-term data builds. We report every month either way.

Can you fix an account someone else built?

Yes, and that is most of the accounts we see. The audit shows wasted spend, missing tracking and structural problems, and we rebuild rather than patch when that is cheaper for you.
