Can you maintain a site you did not build?
Usually. An audit comes first so unsupported software, access gaps, licensing or existing errors are identified, and any cleanup is quoted, before a monthly plan begins.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly, and you keep your hosting, domain and website access.
Are redesigns included?
No. Small edits are included by plan, but new templates, large sections, integrations and redesign work are scoped separately.
Does maintenance include hosting?
It depends on the arrangement. Hosting, domain, licenses and third-party costs are listed clearly in the proposal so ownership and billing stay visible.
What happens if the site is hacked?
Monitoring, backups and hardening reduce risk and improve recovery, but incident cleanup may fall outside routine maintenance. The plan states response and restoration terms before an incident occurs.
